My food yesterday.

Breakfast: yoghurt with banana, figues, walnuts, shredded coconut and chiaseeds.

Lunch: leftover red cabbage & tofu salad from the night before with some peanut-lime dressing.

Snack: fruitwater and an Eat Natural bar. Actually I hadn’t tried either of these two before, and I have to say both disappointed me. I love the apple-lime fruitwater from the same brand, but this one was just not as good. It was ok, so I drank it, but I won’t buy it again. And the bar had milkchocolate on the bottom, which didn’t appel to me since I’m not a fan of milkchocolate. No, it was too sweet and I prefer a stronger cacaotaste if there is supposed to be chocolate on it. The nuts where good though.

Dinner: vegan “tuna”-sambdwich. Well it’s defenatly not tuna but chickpeas and carrots and some homemade vegan mayonnaise, topped with avocado and cherrytomatoes. Love it!
